Each form brings us a name and an email address, and, if you filled them in, a telephone number, your dates, the size of your party and your message.

Why we use it

To write back to you and, if you reserve a room, to prepare your stay. No selling, no advertising use.

How long we keep it

Messages with no reservation behind them are wiped after twelve months. Booking records remain for as long as accounting and tax law prescribes.

Your rights

You can see what we keep, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to the email on our Contact page; a reply follows within a month.
