The usual questions
What time are check-in and check-out?
Arrival from 15:00, departure by 11:00. Warn us a day ahead and we will try to give you the room earlier or for longer.
What age do I need to be for the gaming room?
The room opens at 18. We ask every visitor for a passport, national ID card or driving licence at the door, residents of the house included.
Is the gaming room open to people from outside the hotel?
Yes. Visitors of 18 and over are let in with ID. Hotel guests enter free of charge and are given a drink at the bar.
Is there a dress code in the casino?
Smart casual. Wetsuits and beachwear belong in the surf room, not on the casino floor after 20:00.
Can I ask for a limit or self-exclusion?
Yes. Any host or the duty manager will do it; the limit or exclusion is private and immediate.
Is breakfast included?
You can take breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30 and is in most rates; your booking email states whether yours includes it.
Where can I leave a surfboard?
There is a locked board room by the entrance with a hose and a drying rail. It is free for guests and there is no need to book a space.
How far is the airport?
Biarritz Pays Basque airport is about five minutes by car. A transfer costs €20, or we can tell you which bus to take.
Is parking available?
The avenue is permit only, so we keep spaces in the garage one street away at €22 per night. Please reserve one with your room.
What is the cancellation policy?
With a flexible rate you can cancel free until two days before arrival. A non-refundable rate is debited at booking.
